View from the summit of Middle Sister (elev. 10,047') in the Three Sisters Wilderness area west of Bend, Oregon. The volcano is part of the Cascade Range & marks the fifth highest peak in the state. Views were fantastic though the haze made the view south limited to as far down as Mt. Scott in Crater Lake National Park. Views include South & North Sisters, Mount Jefferson, Mount Hood, Mount Adams in Washington, also Three Fingered Jack & Mt. Washington. Broken Top & Mt. Bachelor also appear to the south as does distant Diamond Peak, Crater Lake rim, & Mt. Bailey & Thielsen.
