F. of L. for $75,000 dam-ages, has been sustained by the FederalCircuit Court of Appeals. The lowercourt had dismissed the case as beingwithout merit. Mr. Post is evidently upagainst it. As a result of their conference withthe Stove Founders Association, the ironmolders are to receive a 5 per cent, ad-vance over the present scale, to be ineffect during 1913. This advance affects15,000 members directly and many moreindirectly. It is a great victory for tradeunion methods. In the
