08 November 2018, North Rhine-Westphalia, Düsseldorf: In the exhibition "Zum Heulen schön!Meissener Zwiebelmuster in seiner ganzen Vielfalt (1730 bis 1888)" in the Hetjens -Museum - Deutsches Keramikmuseum there is a dining service made of Meissen porcelain in a glass Petri dish. The exhibition is the world's largest private collection of Meissen onion patterns and is presented for the first time in the special exhibition. The unique collection comprises 2,500 pieces.
