09 June 2021, Brandenburg, Wünsdorf: A fire engine of the fire department is on its way to a fire in a pine forest near Wünsdorf. With the rising temperatures, the danger of forest fires has increased in Brandenburg. Currently, forest fire danger level 4 is in effect throughout the state of Brandenburg. Two forest fire centers in Wünsdorf (Teltow-Fläming) and Eberswalde (Barnim) monitor the events in the state. From stage 3 onwards, they are manned.
