Land has been acquired by Abbey New Homes, with outline planning permission for 100 new dwellings. Abbey Developments Ltd have recently submitted plans for homes comprising a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms to the prestigious area of Walmer on the outskirts of Deal. The site is located at the south western edge of Deal and lying 15 miles south east of Canterbury and 6 miles north east of Dover.
