Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand. 17th Nov, 2020. Hundreds of pro democracy protesters attempted to protest at Thailand's Parliament complex while the governing body was in session reviewing proposed amendment bills for the nation's constitution. When they began to move away concrete barricades set up to block their path the police used water cannon trucks and tear gas against the crowds. The confrontation went on for several hours until the police stood down, whereupon the protesters crossed the barricades and assembled outside of the parliament's gates to stage a sit in protest.
