Glacial ice melts on the beach at Jokulsarlon, Iceland. The ice comes from the melting glacier, which falls in to the lagoon at Jokulsarlon. From here it washes out to sea, returning to the beach with the tide. The sand is black from the volcanic rock that creates it.
