Detail of the capitals in the choir of Cathedrale Saint-Pierre de Beauvais. It is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Beauvais, France. It is built during the 13th century in Gothic style architecture. The building consists only of a transept (sixteenth-century) and choir, with apse and seven polygonal apsidal chapels (thirteenth century), which are reached by an ambulatory. It is unique among cathedral as it has no nave.
