The series which has cost over. £1 1/2 million to produce and is being televised in 13 weeks is a masterpiece in Historical documentation and superb production, The Queen gave permission for scenes to be shot on location at Sandringham and St Georges Chapel, Windsor- It has taken 1 1/2 years to make_ Timothy West, a little known actor before this key role, finds that he has tremendous sympathy for this long suffering Sovereign.
