The Earl of March with a C type MG, 1931(?). Frederick Charles Gordon-Lennox, Duke of Richmond and Gordon, Earl of March competed in motor racing in the 1920s and 1930s, winning a number of races at Brooklands. In 1948, he converted the airfield situated on his Goodwood estate into a motor racing circuit.
