It is a custom as Drayman, Roger Hughes gives the pair of Shire horses to share a pint of beer before making a local delivery at the family owned Hooks Norton Brewery. The brewery was founded in 1849, in the village of Hook Norton in the north Oxfordshire Cotswolds in England. The brewery is one of the few that continues to make its local beer deliveries by using shire horses pulling a dray loaded with barrels of beer.
