So this is just to remind you that on the outside and inside back cover of the Exchange, we have weekly talks that are frequently entirely differ- ent than those in this paper. They are mostly about Eastern subjects. We are this week telling the Exchange readers about The Review; and now we are telhng you about the Exchange; which is kind of like mak- ing one hand wash the other.
