Prime Minister Arthur Neville Chamberlain and his wife are among the first Londoners to test the newly installed benches at St James Park. At right Sir Philip Sassoon, the First Commissioner of Work and initiator of a campaign to make the parks in London friendly. The benches were financed via donations., 04.10.1937
