Cardiff People's Assembly organised a protest rally under the Aneurin Bevan Statue in Queen Street, Cardiff this afternoon in solidarity with UK wide protests demanding the resignation of UK Prime Minister David Cameron. The call for resignation comes on the back of revelations about offshore tax avoidance schemes revealed in the Panama Papers, from which the Prime Minister had personally profited from. Cardiff People's Assembly member Adam Johannes, Plaid Cymru activist Gwenno Dafydd and representatives from trades union addressed the crowd numbering 75 at the height of the gathering.
