Since the congestion charge zone was extended west on 19 February 2007, the hours of enforcement were reduced to 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday [previously ended at 6.30pm] to benefit the evening economy Introduced on 17th February 2003 at a cost of £5.00 to enter Central London.
