British Transport Police officer Pc David Lynch, 31, of Comfrey Road, Stotfold, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, who hit cyclist Joseph Belmonte, leaving him seriously injured, whilst driving a marked police van, leaves Southwark Crown Court, after jurors were told that he was driving the police vehicle at speeds of up to 68mph in a 30mph zone as it approached a hump-backed bridge in Hackney, east London.
