Two International Security Assistance Force soldiers work alongside Ghandaki residents to paint the inside of a water container with a special epoxy paint. The International Security Assistance Force, Regional Command North, Civilian Military Cooperation Office constructed the 60,000 gallon (227,000 liter) water storage container at the base of the village 40 kilometers outside of Camp Marmal near the city of Mazar-e Sharif to support the 500 people that live there.
