Artists work on their canvas' at the Howl! Festival's "Art Around the Park" around Tompkins Square Park in New York's East Village. on Saturday, June 1, 2013. The festival, named after poet Allen Ginsberg's famous poem, celebrates the arts in the East Village and also consists of other events including performances and poetry readings.
