Synchronized swimmers at The Berkeley London rooftop pool, London, England, UK The Berkely Hotel in Knightsbridge London have teamed up with Aquabatix, the award-winning British synchronised team, to offer guests 90-minute master classes in their exclusive roof top pool. Swimmers will learn several key skills, including the ‘egg beater kick’, a form of treading water that allows for stability and height above the water while leaving the hands free to perform strokes, as well as ‘sculling’, hand movements used to propel the body which are the most essential part to synchronised swimming. The session is completed with a choreographed routine on music.
