More than 18, 000 runners pounded the streets of downtown Austin Sunday, February 19th for the 22nd annual Austin Marathon that attracts runners worldwide for its rolling and scenic course that touches many of Austin's known landmarks. The race was won by Edward Kiptum of Kenya in two hours, twenty two minutes22.50 seconds.
