Rotwand is a mountain peak in the bavarian alps. It is popular to both skiers in the winter and hikers in the summer. Rotwand means red wall in german and the mountain is named so because of it’s red coloured rock face near the summit. It is situated in the manfall mountains and has the highest peak of all the mountains near Spizingsee, a large and picturesque lake popular with tourists. It has a peak of 1, 884m.
