Magallanes Region, Chile. 22nd Feb, 2003. A pair of Magellanic penguins (Spheniscus magellanicus) at the Otway Sound Penguin Reserve in Chile, 40 miles (65km) from Punta Arenas. A popular tourist attraction, the penguins return there each year for the mating season.
