Workers replace a 2.8 mile section of landing mat border wall constructed in 1994 in Nogales, Arizona, USA. The project costs $11.6 million. Under tight security on the Arizona side of the border, the construction draws much interest from residents of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. The concrete marker originally designated the border.
