Illustration of surgery for an aortic aneurysm with the placement of an endoprosthesis in the aorta, from the brachiocephalic artery and forking at the iliac arteries. One branch is placed in the superior mesenteric artery, as well as a fenestra and covered stent in the left renal artery. A reimplantation of the left subclavian artery in the left common carotid artery is carried out and the stump of the left subclavian artery is sutured. A prosthetic bypass is placed between the right common iliac artery, the right renal artery and the celiac axis.
