It was built in 1863, the sector Rec Mill where until 1835 he was the convent of St. Francis of the thirteenth century, rebuilt in the seventeenth century. When they built the convent laundry was already ruined and some of its elements, such as Tuscan columns from the cloister, were utilized for the work of the utility. The laundry has a plant almost triangular shapes and a covered porch with exterior brick arches, central laundry around the center of which is a fountain.
