Glasgow, Scotland, UK. 5th May, 2018. March for Independence has taken place in Glasgow, with demonstrators travelling from Kelvingrove Park, through the West End and into the city centre, and finally arriving at Glasgow Green, where there was a stage with political speakers and entertainment. People of all ages were draped in Saltires and waving their flags. According to Police Scotland, an estimated 35,000 pro-Indy supporters took part. The organisers, All Under One Banner (AUOB), claim an even higher figure. Iain McGuinness / Alamy Live News
