Chief Selectees from Naval Information and Operations Command participate in the Inaugural Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Pride Day Hawaii Marching and Cadence Competition, at the Battleship Missouri Memorial located on Ford Island, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Wednesday, Sept. 4. Hawaii-based CPO’s designed this event to instill and promote CPO pride, mess cohesion and to encourage cross-island CPO communication through competition. Chiefs and selectees gathered at the historical site to strengthen camaraderie and promote CPO heritage.
