A 46-year-old man was arrested this morning and was being questioned at a police station in central London, the Metropolitan Police said. 16/03/2004: Katerina Koneva, the bright 12-year-old girl whose family came to Britain seeking political asylum was strangled with a present she was given after flying over to her new life, an Old Bailey court heard today March 16 2004.
