KEY WEST, Florida (Oct. 15, 2018) Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron HSC-28 “Dragon Whales” from Norfolk, Virginia, exercise in the skies over Naval Air Station Key West’s Truman Harbor. HSC-28 is undergoing an evaluation by Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School Atlantic during Helicopter Advanced Readiness Program (HARP) training. NAS Key West is a state-of-the-art facility for air-to-air combat fighter aircraft of all military services and provides world-class pierside support to U.S. and foreign naval vessels.
