In1856 he removedwith his congrega-tion to the newchurch on Murrayhill. During the last years of his life Dr. Springseldom preached, his pulpit being filled by an as-sistant. Hamilton gave him the degree of S. T. D.. 640 SPRINGER SPROULL in 1819, and Lafayette that of D.
