LONDON, UK - 26 August 2020 The decision by the BBC not to sing the lyrics and only play the instrumental versions of Land of Hope and Glory and Rule Britannia at the Last Night of the Proms to be staged at the Royal Albert Hall next month has been criticised by the government.
