The Collapsed music chain HMV His Master's Voice has been bought by Canadian firm Sunrise Records who has beaten off competition from Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley. Sunrise Records plans to buy 100 stores out of administration, securing 1,487 jobs although 27 stores will close, resulting in 455 redundancies.
