Lyme Regis, Dorset, UK. 10th Apr, 2020. UK Weather: Lyme Regis is almost deserted on Good Friday in spite of the glorious warm sunshine as people heed Government's instruction to stay at home in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The empty beaches are in complete contrast to the scene last Easter when holiday makers and beachgoers flocked in droves to enjoy a similarly warm and sunny Easter bank holiday weekend.
