POR stands for Partido Obrero Revolucionario in Spanish, the Revolutionary Workers Party. They have an ideology heavily based on Trotskyism and Marxism and in Bolivia frequently clash with president Evo Morales, claiming his government doesn't do enough to support workers. This image was taken during a protest march about salaries for Workers Day / May 1st, a date which Evo Morales has often used to announce nationalisations of companies and other worker and economy related policies.
