In the private collection of my friend Mr. A. W. F. Fuller of Sydenham Hill, London, is a cape with an interesting history which he had secured a little while beforemy visit to him in 1912. It was brought to England in 1821 by Kamamalu (wife andsister of Liholiho, Kamehameha II ) and was given by her to King George IV, who pre-sented it to the Honorable Miss Paget who gave it to Her Grace the Duchess of Rieh-.
