Baby daughter of Mr Somerset Maxwell, MP for the Kings Lynn division of Norfolk, and Mrs Maxwell was christened in the crypt Chapel of the House of Commons. The baby was given the original name of Sheelin, after a lough in Ireland, near Farnham, and Mr John Bingham, son of Lord Lucan, were the babies godfathers.
