Museu de Ciment or Asland ciment museum promoted by Eusebi Güell and designed by Rafael Guastavino, Castellar de n´hug, Berguedà, Catalonia, Spain. The Asland Cement Factory, currently converted into the Asland Cement Museum, is a modernist factory in Clot del Moro, in the municipality of Castellar de n'Hug (Berguedà). Property of the Generalitat de Catalunya through the transfer of the Asland company, it was promoted in 1901 by the industrialist Eusebi Güell i Bacigalupi. It was the first industrial cement factory in Catalonia and the first to install rotary kilns in Spain. It remained operational until 1975. It is currently a museum opened in 1992, attached to the Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia. In 2005 the building was declared a Cultural Property of National Interest.
