French Government Official shot dead , woman friend arrested . A high Government Official , M Jean Causeret , Prefect of the Bouches du Rhone Department at Marseilles , was found dead with a revolver bullet in his head in the luxurious home of Madame Germaine D'Anglemont , a Paris Society woman . The woman , who was an intimate friend of the dead man , was questioned by the Police and afterwards arrested and charged with having fired the fatal shot .
