Parana Province, Brazil: Farmers hold their first crop of corn at the succesful land invasion at Vitoria. This group of workers occupied unused land on a big estate. Brazilian law allows the state to expropriate land which is not being used productively. At Vitoria the court ruled in the worker's favour and they were allowed to keep the land.
