Perimeter Tape on the course of the Urban Hill Climb street racing event organised by the London Cycling Campaign, sponsored by Osbornes Law. The event is a flat-out race up the steepest street in London and alongside age and gender categories has competitions for folding and cargo bikes. Swain’s Lane is the most famous and notorious climb in London. The lane is an extremely steep section of road, located in-between Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery with a gradient that averages 9% over 0.6km, but increases to 14% near the top of the climb.
