Rochdale, UK. 10th February, 2020. Dippy the Dinosaur has arrived in Rochdale where he will be exhibited till June. Dippy is a replica of the Diplodocus, a herbivorous dinosaur from the Jurassic period, which was around 150 million years ago. Rochdale has been chosen as one of only eight venues across the country to show the iconic Diplodocus cast. Dippy is usually homed at The Natural History Museum and during his visit to Rochdale he can be seen in the award winning customer service center, library and council building, Number one Riverside, Rochdale, Lancashire, UK.
