Rome, 25/01/2021. Today, a national demonstration in Piazza del Popolo to highlight the dramatic situation of the Hospitality Industry in Italy during the so called "second wave" of the pandemic Covid-19/Coronavirus, to call the Government to act for immediate investments, aids (Ristori), and policies to save their industry. The businesses linked to the world of catering, nightlife and entertainment, called the demo claiming that the State administration is simply absent and that they have seen months and months of lost promises and lost aids. At the end of the demo, a group of protesters tried to rich Palazzo Chigi, official residence of the Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, and the Parliament but the heavy police presence stopped their attempt.
