SDLP leader Colum Eastwood has insisted his party's "uncomfortable" decision to stand aside for Sinn Fein in North Belfast is motivated by Brexit concerns rather than sectarianism. His party has agreed arrangements with Sinn Fein which will see the SDLP's Claire Hanna run as the only nationalist candidate in South Belfast.
