The Caravan of the Migrant with a contingent of about 600 people mostly of Central American origin, arrived in Hermosillo Sonora aboard the train known as "La Bestia", come from the southern border of the country and bound for the city of Mexicali where continue the trip to Tijuana. The caravan aims to request Asylum to the United States and some members plan to apply for a humanitarian visa in Mexico to work in the fields of Sonora and Baja California. The migratory caravan provoked the wrath of President Donald Trump for this trip to the border with the United States.
