Saturday 22nd October 2011, Queens Way, London. A blind man listens to a speaker at a rally against the cuts to the Disability Living Allowance proposed by the Government. The rally named the Hardest Hit was held outside the GLA building in London. Several hundred people attended the rally in London, one of many taking part throughout the country today.
