A file photo dated 29.08.2007 shows German long jump athlete Bianca Kappler during the Athletics World Championships 2007 in Osaka, Japan. According to a report by German daily 'Saarbruecker Zeitung' (Wednesday edition, 17.10.2007) the athlete does not rule out sueing her former competitor and confessed doping abuser US American Marion Jones. Kappler had narrowly missed the 2004 Olympic long jump finals as ninth after the preliminary round. If Jones had been barred from the event, she could have taken part in the finals as eighth and would have received alltogether between 15, 000 and 20, 000 euros sponsoring money by German Athletics Federation (DLV), the athlete told the newspaper.
