The Wazwan (or Wazwaan) is the famous feast of the Kashmiris brought to the Valley by chefs from Central Asia and Persia that accompanied the Muslim invader Tamerlaine. Courses vary but a basic Wazwan has at least seven rising to a courtly thirty for a royal feast.
