More information:

A pigeon flies over buildings in Cuetzalan del Progreso, Mexico, Feb. 18, 2008. Cuetzalan is a small picturesque market town nestled in the hills of Mexico's central state of Puebla. Founded in 1547 by Franciscan friars, this town took its name from the quetzal, the colorful bird whose tail feathers the Mexicas used in religious ceremonies, and is considered one of Mexico's "Magic Towns" by Mexico's Tourism Ministry. Residents of Cuetzalan are mainly descendants of Nauha and Totonaca indigenous communities. Photo/Chico Sanchez
