Woman spectator injured after a rider fell from a horse which then broke free. The injury occured when attempts were made to capture the horse which kicked out injuring a female in the head, The North West Air Ambulance attended the scene and after giving medical attention evacuated the patient to a local hospital. The Holcombe Hunt met at Rivington Barn, near Rivington, on Boxing Day for a noon start
