Roy Thompson Hall, one of Toronto's finest concert venues in the heart of the theatre district opened in 1982. It is the home of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir. It is also one of the main venues used by the Toronto Film Festival.
